In the game of Scrabble, a Q is the most valuable letter you can play on the game board.  It is worth ten points.  However, except for a few instances, it is worth nothing without a U.  The U is valued at only four points, but it is invaluable if you hold a Q in your hand.  If you have a Q and a U, you hold onto the U at all costs.  It is needed too much to risk losing.

Who is your U? It is important to inventory those in your lives that are important to you and decide, “Who is my U?”  It doesn’t have to be the person you work next door to.  For that matter, it doesn’t have to be someone in your department, but we all need that U that allows us to all play our hand.  When you combine the Q and the U, powerful things can happen in the game of Scrabble – game-changing moments.  The same can be said for life.  Find your U and hang onto it.  Separately, the Q and the U have potential, but together – stand out of their way!
