Mike Pinto Cohort

Michael Pinto has served as the principal of James Cole Elementary School in the Tippecanoe School Corporation since 2005.  He previously has served as the principal of Rossville Elementary School, Assistant Principal of Klondike Elementary School, and taught fifth grade at Battle Ground Elementary School.  In his current position, Mike serves in leadership roles on the Tippecanoe School Corporation Crisis Response Team and Evaluation Committee.  Mike was a Facilitator for IPLA Group 45 and has been a Mentor for IPLI Cohort 2, Cohort 4, and Cohort 6. He is a member of the Indiana Association of School Principals as well.  Mike serves on the Keep Stockwell Beautiful and Tippecanoe County Extension Boards.  He is married to Kim, a 2-3 High Ability Teacher with two stepson, Brent and Alex.  He is also active on Twitter: @ColePrincipal.  Mike enjoys reading, writing, watching sports, and a good slice of pie.
