Melissa Pancake Cohort

Melissa Pancake is in her 5^th year as principal of Benjamin Franklin Elementary in Vincennes, Indiana. Previous to that, she was a middle school assistant principal, elementary curriculum coach, and a 4^th and 5^th grade teacher. She was born and raised in Madison County, Kentucky, so will always be a Kentucky Wildcat! She is married to Alan Pancake and has one son, Matthew. Melissa enjoys reading, hiking with her family, and traveling to new places.
