Ryan Langferman Cohort

Ryan Langferman has served as the principal of Milan High School in southeast Indiana since 2013. He received his B.S. from Northern Kentucky University and his M.A.E. from Ball State University. Prior to entering administration, he was a high school biology teacher for 10 years. Ryan was a member of IPLI Cohort 2 and is currently serving as a mentor for IPLI Cohort 6. He is a member of the Indiana Association of School Principals and recently served on the graduation pathway panel. He is married to Carly and has 3 boys, Trenton, Grant and Beckett. Ryan enjoys coaching, reading and watching sports.
