Dr. Rhonda Roos retired from the New Albany Floyd County Schools in December 2016 and began her own consulting firm of Rhonda Roos Consulting.  Rhonda uses a personalized approach as she works with individual principals and “coaches” them throughout the year with a laser focus on the academic and leadership systems of a school. She also presents to administrative teams and school districts throughout the year.  Rhonda served as principal of Scribner Middle School in New Albany and was Principal of the Year in 2010.
